How soon should I call to reserve a carriage for my
event?
Call us! We often have one carriage on stand-by for
rentals with as little as 48 hours notice. However, we recommend you call (501) 232-4102 as soon as possible in advance for weddings.
Allow longer for holidays and the most popular wedding months of June
and October.
How many people do the carriages hold comfortably?
Our carriages comfortably seat 2, 4 or 6 adults according
to the carriage and a few more if some are children.
What happens if the weather is rainy, cold or too hot?
Carriages run rain or shine, but don't worry, our carriages
have convertible tops that can be up or down and include weather panels
that can be added for protection from the elements. Even our Cinderella
carriage can be enclosed. In the winter, cuddle up with our custom-made
Amish carriage blankets. In the summertime, you may wish to use one of
our battery-operated fans. The Princess's Carriage runs all year!
What kinds of horses are used?
Horsepower is provided by large white, majestic Percheron
draft horses and are outfitted with black shiny show harness. Please read

How far do you travel?
Our horses and carriages can be transported to any city
in Arkansas. Please call to have the hours of required service calculated,
or see the Reservations page for more details.
What do the drivers and attendants wear?
Our drivers and attendants are attired in formal wear
for weddings. See Our Carriages for more details.
Is there a deposit required?
For weddings or special events, a 25% non-refundable
deposit is required to hold your date and time.
How do you determine the cost?
The cost of your carriage service depends on the distance
we have to travel to your event, how long you want a carriage, and the
actual number of carriages you request. Most services for one carriage
within a couple of hours of us fall into the $500-$625 dollar range according
to the service package you use. Your quote will be for a total agreed
cost as our prices always include all travel time, fuel, mileage, set

Can we have the carriage longer?
Check with the driver if additional time is available.
Sometimes we have plenty of extra time to stay over, and sometimes we
do not. We will be happy to accommodate you if possible.
What is your company's refund policy?
A full refund would be given if we here at The Princess's
Carriage determine that the weather is too severe. Cancellations up to
30 days prior to the wedding date will receive all but deposit. The deposit
is also refunded if we have to cancel your event for some unavoidable
reason. This would be a rare occurrence but could happen in the case of:
tornado threats, ice storms, medical emergency of one of our crew, or
a health emergency of one of our horses, etc.
